Hand-painted unframed watercolor pieces created as part of my fundraiser supporting rent-stabilized tenant rights. Each artwork features the affirmation “BEEN HERE STILL HERE,” reflecting over a year of navigating a holdover eviction and fighting to stay home in NYC.
$25-$185 community based pricing. Proceeds support legal fees and will be redistributed to housing organizations if those fees are recovered.
Shipping: Orders ship approx 2-4 weeks from order date as they are handmade by me :)
